Delivering Functional and Beautiful Architectural Design

My wife and I hired Tim to design and implement the renovation of our 1970's lake house. The goal was to completely reimagine the exterior of the home, provide a more appealing entry, add outdoor living space and create more open views to the lake.

We have worked with Tim at Balding Design Group on a number of projects from additions to new construction and have been impressed each time. He brings both innovative and cohesive designs to the table for each project and is very good at collaborating with all the trades.

Balding Design Group helped us realize the dream of building our first home together. We came to the table with multiple ideas and no real direction. Tim helped us sort through our piles of inspiration, hopes and dreams till ultimately we found a common thread that led to a home we are both so excited to live in.
